Practical Pistol 2

Basics of Pistol Shooting or equivalent is required. 

This 1 day course builds on the foundation of the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting.

Participants must know and apply the 4 golden rules at all times. 

Topics include but are not limited to:

• Firearm Safety
• Range Etiquette
• Equipment for practical use
• Apply and build on the fundamentals of shooting
• Drawing handgun
• Understanding and using your workspace
• Administrative Reload, Tactical Reloads,Speed Reloads
• Proper Malfunction Identification and Drills
• Common Mistakes
• Mindset

Equipment needed:

• Firearm
• Eye and Ear protection
• 200 rounds of ammunition
• Holster
• Magazine pouches
• Sturdy belt
